Ten years in IT and the CompTIA Security+ have provided a solid foundation, but the ever-evolving cybersecurity landscape demands continuous learning. That’s why I’m pursuing the (ISC)2 CC certification, with the exam date set for February 27th, 2024.
The CC complements my existing skillset by solidifying core principles and expanding my knowledge into practical applications. Balancing work and study isn’t easy, but the potential for deeper expertise and a stronger security posture motivates me. Whether you’re a seasoned IT professional or a recent graduate, the CC can be a valuable addition to your skillset.
I have been using Pluralsight’s “CC℠ (Certified in Cybersecurity)” path to make sure that I am ready for the exam.
